I should add that it follows from mindlessly ineffectual disapproval that bullying, ie people who bully,, will simply practise their art more carefully, relying on the psycho-impulses of their actions to undo any deleteriously calming effects of their lip service to conformity; those who are bullied will feel momentarily emboldened, but alone and away from the comforting bleating of the flock, they will feel the cold wind of fear breathe upon them, until the morning when they will once again take their grateful places amongst the group-faithful.
